Franchise royalty calculator
Estimate a flat-percentage royalty with a minimum and fixed charge for one billing period.
How this calculation works
Royalty = max(sales × rate, minimum) + fixed charge
For $100,000 in sales at 6%, a $5,000 minimum, and a $250 fixed charge, the estimate is $6,250. The percentage exceeds the minimum, so the minimum adds nothing.
This calculator uses one flat percentage for one period. It does not model graduated tiers, annual thresholds, minimum true-ups across periods, taxes, or individual franchise agreement exceptions.
