Granite gives your operations and finance team one view of which franchises have reported, what each one owes, who is following up on anything late, and how each office is growing against the system.

Granite Overview for a franchisor: one list of what needs attention, from overdue sales reports and invoices to reports to review, charges ready to bill, missing documents and changes waiting for approval, each with a link to finish it

What changes for a franchisor’s finance team.

You know what blocks billing

Missing reports, reports needing review and setup gaps are listed before you run billing.

Every open item has an owner

Each follow-up carries the amount, the cause, the person responsible and the deadline.

You can check the result

Open the underlying report or invoice and see whether the problem actually cleared.

What changes for the people who run the network.

From sales report to paid invoice in three steps.

  1. Franchisees upload their sales report

Each franchise gets its reporting period, due date and reminder emails, and uploads its Excel or CSV report from the franchise workspace. You see every missing or late report across the network.

  2. Granite calculates what each franchise owes

Your royalty and fee rules are set up once, with effective dates. Preview each franchise’s charges against its real report before anything is invoiced.

  3. Invoices go out and payments come in

Franchisees get an email with a card payment link and pay into your own Stripe account. Reminders and late fees follow your policy, and anything unpaid lands in one follow-up queue.
