Every franchise’s people, agreements and renewals on record.
Each franchise keeps a record of its team, including employees who never sign in to Granite, with their roles and, when they leave, their last day. Personnel files and non-competes sit with each person, and Granite lists working employees with no non-compete on file. Franchise agreements carry the signing date, the term and the renewal fee. From the notice period you set until the renewal date, Granite emails the franchise owner and the people you choose each month, and records whether the owner plans to renew or sell.

What you get with employee and agreement records
- The agreement term, notice period and reminder recipients are settings for your organization, not fixed rules.
- Past years’ copies of any document stay on file as a record without counting toward what is due.
- Former employees come off the calendar, and their records stay.
